More concretely? 🙂 an accompaniment of three individual coaching sessions designed to apply to a specific situation of your life (of your choice) elements and tools related to a creative process:  being in the flow,  listening to intuition and developing a structured way to materialize your ideas . Between each session you receive tailored exercises to do at home,  I remain available to assist you via message or email.

Together we agree on a date for the first coaching session of 90 minutes. Then following this first session, we define together the rhythm of the accompaniment, one session per week or one every two weeks.
