This workshop will strengthen your attention and listening skills, skills that you can put into practice at any time in your daily life, whether to make an important decision, or to respond quickly to a request while respecting what is important for you.

Who am I?
I’ve been writing since my mom put a pencil in my hands and taught me the alphabet. I was seven years old when I composed my first song.
Even though art has always been present, professionally, I first took another path: adult training and mediation.
I always created alongside my professional activities, until the day when, after a concert, I finally decided to leave my job to devote myself to creating art.
I made this decision because I knew that, for me, it is through music and art that I find the most direct connection to others and to joy.
Each time I have the opportunity and the honor to accompany another person in their own creative process, I further rediscover how each human being is infinitely inspiring, even more so when he or she releases his or her artistic expression.
